We get it, there are times, some things just don’t work and you want your money back. In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange the item provided we have the item as well as your right size; or give you a gift card; or refund the amount you paid (excluding delivery cost) provided the following conditions have been met:

  1. Email customerservice@misspreux.com.au  with reason why you are returning the item. The response from Miss Preux will provide instructions on the process how to return the item.
  2. The item with the original receipt is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  3. The item must be in its original condition as purchased and not worn, with all labels attached.
  4. If the item we supplied is faulty or the item ordered is not the right item you ordered, delivery costs will be covered by us.
  5. If you change your mind and want to return the item, it is your responsibility to cover the delivery costs and ensure the item is returned safely to us.


Clearance Sale Items
There is no exchange for Çlearance Sale Items. You will be given a gift card equal to the amount you paid provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Email customerservice@misspreux.com.au  with reason why you are returning the item. The response from Miss Preux will provide instructions on the process how to return the item.
  2. The item with the original receipt is returned within 30 days of purchase.

Accessories and Lingerie
We do not exchange or refund Accessories and Lingerie items due to hygiene reasons.  Please select your Accessory and Lingerie items carefully and if unsure contact us before your purchase at customerservice@misspreux.com.au

We offer free Australia Post Standard Delivery across Australia for orders over $150.

In special circumstances, we offer for a small fee same day courier delivery within 40km radius of Hallam 3803 (Melbourne - Victoria). Just select this delivery method at check out. If courier is not available, we will let you know to organise alternative delivery. Importantly, we request that you notify us via text message or whatsapp to 0466 670 976 if same day delivery is your preferred delivery method. This will assist us to treat your order as a priority.

Delivery is via Australia Post on business days and not on weekends or public holidays.

Parcels will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in a secure place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. floods etc.

Australia Post Standard Delivery

  • Standard delivery will take up to 3-7 business days for delivery within Metro Postcodes and up to 12 business days for delivery within Rural Postcodes in Australia.
  • A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign upon delivery at your nominated delivery address (private or work) the parcel will be left in a secure spot on the premises, or a card will be left notifying you of alternative pick up arrangements at the nearest Post Office.
  • For prompt delivery, we suggest that you clearly state the receivers name and full address with clear delivery instructions.
  • Parcels will not be delivered on weekends or public holidays. Always allow an extra business day for delivery during public holidays.

Australian Express Post Delivery

  • Normally the order delivered via Express Post takes 1 to 3 working days.
  • Order by 2pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time) on any business day for same day despatch (excluding weekends & public holidays)
  • A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign upon delivery at your nominated delivery address (private or work) the parcel will be left in a secure spot on the premises, or a card will be left notifying you of alternative pick up arrangements at the nearest Post Office.

In particular, deliveries outside of major cities and towns within Australia may take longer than the timeframes above. For example, next business day delivery to roadside addresses and offshore islands is not guaranteed.
  7. We use Australia Post delivery services to international destinations. Parcels are Registered International with tracking. Due to current travel restrictions, we cannot specify how long it will take to deliver your parcel.
  8. Please check your country import restrictions and additional customs, duty and tax costs for your specific countries before purchasing any items. It is your responsibility to pay these additional costs which are not included in the item and shipping costs we offer.
  9. Should your order not arrive after maximum estimated delivery days or if you believe the contents of your order are wrong, it is your responsibility to inform us of this occurrence.
  10. If the item you ordered is lost during the process of delivery or you receive a wrong order, Miss Preux will exercise discretion to send a replacement or correct item, following an investigation process.
  11. Should the item that you ordered have a slight variation in colour, please note that colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and your individual monitor settings.
