Returns and Exchange Policy
We get it, there are times, some things just don’t work and you want your money back. In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange the item provided we have the item as well as your right size; or give you a gift card; or refund the amount you paid (excluding delivery cost) provided the following conditions have been met:
- Email customerservice@misspreux.com.au with reason why you are returning the item. The response from Miss Preux will provide instructions on the process how to return the item.
- The item with the original receipt is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition as purchased and not worn, with all labels attached.
- If the item we supplied is faulty or the item ordered is not the right item you ordered, delivery costs will be covered by us.
- If you change your mind and want to return the item, it is your responsibility to cover the delivery costs and ensure the item is returned safely to us.
Clearance Sale Items
There is no exchange for Çlearance Sale Items. You will be given a gift card equal to the amount you paid provided the following conditions are met:
- Email customerservice@misspreux.com.au with reason why you are returning the item. The response from Miss Preux will provide instructions on the process how to return the item.

Accessories and Lingerie
We do not exchange or refund Accessories and Lingerie items due to hygiene reasons. Please select your Accessory and Lingerie items carefully and if unsure contact us before your purchase at customerservice@misspreux.com.au
